Crumbly pie with jam
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Let's start cooking! 1. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and mix with sugar. Rub until pale (no need to beat into a foam). 2. Melt the margarine and let it cool slightly. 3. Mix salt with flour and sift together. 4. Combine dry ingredients with the eggs. Pour in the melted margarine (in this crumbly jam pie recipe, you can also use butter or odorless vegetable oil). 5. Add baking soda activated with vinegar or lemon juice. 6. Knead a firm but elastic dough. 7. Pinch off a small piece of dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer. 8. Place the larger portion onto a baking sheet and press it down evenly with your hands to form a smooth layer. 9. Spread your favorite jam on top. It's better to use a thicker jam so that the crumbly pie with jam doesn't become runny. 10. Take the dough piece out of the freezer and grate it over the jam. 11. Place the baking sheet into a preheated oven for 20 minutes. 12. Once the pie is golden brown, let it cool completely before cutting into portions. Before serving, you can dust it with powdered sugar, for example.
