Pie
Description
Tasty baked goods for the whole family. Baking with kefir is not only quick but also delicious! The pie turns out fluffy, tender, fragrant – perfect for both family tea time and the arrival of unexpected guests. You can add nuts, raisins, candied fruit, any berries or fruits to the dough; I use chocolate. Try making the “Five‑Minute” pie, you’ll definitely like it. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
