Pie with lard
Description
A lard pie with fruit filling can be made almost every day in the summer. If the fruit is very juicy, be sure to coat the slices in starch before placing them on the dough, otherwise you will end up with a pie with a raw center.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Step 2

Place the lard in a deep container and melt it in a water bath or in the microwave, then let it cool slightly.
