Description

The baking is simple and quick. Sometimes you can find leftover ryazhenka in the fridge that you don't feel like drinking anymore, but you can use it to make delicious baked goods. Today I'd like to share with you a recipe for a ryazhenka pie. This pie turns out very tasty, juicy, and tender—it's essentially a version of Charlotte. You can experiment with the filling to your taste, and the easy recipe will appeal even to beginners with no prior baking experience. Serve it cooled down or slightly warm.
