Pie with fish canned food on kefir
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. I really love all kinds of "savory" pies, including those made with canned fish. If you think so, the baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Step 1

1. Fish pies are made using yeast or shortcrust dough, but dough based on kefir or sour cream also works well for pies made with canned fish. I always prepare this kind of dough—it's quick and convenient. Pre-cook the rice and eggs beforehand.

Step 2

2. To make the pie, we will need canned fish. You can use any kind you prefer. I particularly like sardines or sardinellas.

Step 3

3. Remove any excess bones and separate the fish pieces into smaller portions. You can chop it finely, but this is a matter of preference. Mix the cooked rice with herbs, eggs, and canned fish. This will be our filling.

Step 4

4. Prepare the dough: pour the kefir into a container, add baking soda, egg, salt, and flour. Knead the dough. It should have the consistency of pancake batter.

Step 5

5. Now pour a little batter into the mold, add the filling, and cover with the remaining batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Step 6

6. After baking, let the pie cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Step 7

7. This is what it looks like when sliced.
