Step 1

Melt the butter in a water bath, then add water, kefir, sugar, and yeast. Mix the ingredients and leave in a warm place to let the yeast activate. Then add two chicken eggs, salt, and odorless vegetable oil. Gradually add the entire portion of flour, one spoon at a time, and knead the dough.

Step 2

The dough should turn out quite sticky. Place it in a warm spot, covered with a towel. Wait until it rises and doubles in size. Then knead it with your hands and let it rise again.

Step 3

Pour odorless vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it on the stove. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Fry it in the oil until golden brown.
- 4
Step 4

Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces. Finely chop the boneless chicken pieces in a blender or pass them through a meat grinder to make a minced meat. Fry the minced meat in a separate frying pan with oil, adding spices and seasonings.

Step 5

Knead the dough once again and roll it out into a sheet a few millimeters thick. Place the sheet into a baking pan so that the edges of the dough extend beyond the edges of the pan.
- 6
Step 6

Place a layer of fried onion over the dough, spreading it evenly.

Step 7

Place the chicken meat on top of the onion. Then wrap the pie, sealing the edges of the dough and leaving a hole in the center. Let the pie rise for half an hour. Then bake in the oven for forty minutes at 190 degrees until fully cooked. Brush the hot pie with a piece of butter.
