Kefir Pie Without Yeast
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. This is a very simple recipe for a yeast-free kefir cake, but why just talk—let me suggest you try it for yourself! I personally love experimenting with fillings, but in this case, orange works best. So, be sure to give it a try. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

1. First, sift the flour together with the baking powder.

Step 2

Now, in a separate container, mix together: vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and orange pulp. Originally, orange juice was intended to be used, but I prefer using the pulp, blending it into a "puree." Be sure to remove the seeds—they shouldn't be in the cake.

Step 3

Add the sour kefir to the same mixture. I also unexpectedly found some orange essence and added a little of that too. Mix the resulting mixture with a regular whisk. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Step 4

Now add the previously sifted flour with baking powder. Begin mixing the dough, preferably with a spatula. The dough will be quite thick.

Step 5

Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
