Valentine's Day Pie

Description

Perfect for tea and coffee. I named this amazing baked treat "Valentine's Day Pie" because I first made it for my wife on Valentine's Day. My friend shared this recipe with me. This pie is especially appealing to men because it's quick and easy to prepare. You can get up a little earlier and bake it for your loved one for breakfast :) Here's the Valentine's Day pie recipe with photos. Serve with tea or coffee.

    Dissolve the gelatin in water and melt it. Pour the gelatin into the fruit puree and add water. Mix everything well and place in the refrigerator. While we prepare the pie crust, the fruit puree will reach the desired consistency.

    Prepare the pie baking pan in advance. Line the pan with parchment paper.

    Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In one bowl, mix the yolks with sugar.

    In another, beat the egg whites, adding just one or two pinches of sugar.

    Now mix the egg whites with the yolks, add flour and baking powder.

    Place the prepared dough into a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. The dough will rise slightly and turn golden brown.

    Place the fruit purée on the prepared base and spread it evenly.

    You can cut hearts out of the pie using special cookie cutters :) ;)
