Description
I want to share with you how to make a "Limonnik" cake. It will be a real find for citrus lovers, as it's easy to prepare and always turns out perfect. Moreover, the cake gets its unique aroma from vanilla sugar, which I highly recommend using. Serve it with tea or coffee.

1. Sift flour and vanilla sugar into a deep bowl.

2. Cut the cold butter into pieces and add it to the flour.

4. Quickly knead the dough until smooth. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour to an hour.

6. Place the skins in a small saucepan or skillet, add a little clean water, and put on the heat. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 20-30 minutes.
