    1. Knead the dough: whisk the eggs with milk, then add butter, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.

    2. Gradually sift the flour into the dough and knead until soft. Cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    3. Prepare the filling. Grind the onion and carrot through a meat grinder, then thoroughly mix with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, add spices to taste. Fry the minced meat over medium heat until cooked through, then add a little boiling water and simmer for another 10 minutes. The filling should turn out loose and crumbly.

    4. When the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle with even edges. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet, place the filling in the center. Cut the dough into strips along the sides, then braid a "braid" around the filling.

    5. Shape the crocodile's tail and snout. Mold the crocodile's eyes from dough and peppercorns. Roll two large and two small balls, then shape them into legs (you can make cuts with a knife to resemble toes).

    6. Using scissors, make spikes and spines for the crocodile by simply cutting slits into the dough around the entire perimeter. Brush the dough with lightly beaten egg to help it brown during baking. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
