Description

The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Today I suggest making the “Cranberries Under Snow” pie. A delicate sandy base with a juicy berry filling that is hidden under a meringue topping—what could be tastier? You can use any berries for the preparation, but prefer those with a hint of tartness so the pastry doesn’t become overly sweet. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
