Pie
Description
The mushroom pie can be served either with tea or as a main dish. It is filling and very aromatic. The grated cheese bakes and forms an appetizing cheesy crust on the pie. This pie will be enjoyed by all your guests. To check if the pastry is ready, serve it at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Sift the flour several times into a large bowl. Add melted butter (melted over a water bath), which can be substituted with margarine, along with half of the sour cream. Knead until you get an elastic and smooth dough, shape it into a ball, and refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 2

Take a baking dish and remove the dough from the refrigerator. Evenly spread the dough in the dish, forming small edges around the sides. Prick the dough with a fork in several places and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake the crust for ten minutes.

Step 3

While the cake layer is baking, prepare the filling for your pie. To do this, heat vegetable oil in a skillet, wash and peel the mushrooms and onion. Cut the ingredients into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté in the skillet for twenty minutes.

Step 4

Pour the remaining sour cream into a glass bowl. Add raw chicken eggs to it. Beat the ingredients with a whisk or mixer at the lowest speed until the mixture becomes smooth and uniform.

Step 5

Place the filling of sautéed mushrooms and onions onto the cooled crust, spreading it evenly. Pour the sour cream-egg mixture over the filling, then put the pie into an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the julienne for forty minutes until fully cooked.

Step 6

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. Five minutes before the pie is done, open the oven and sprinkle the julienne with the grated cheese.
