Pie made with boiled dried fruits
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Boiled and chopped dried fruits in the pie give it a slightly noticeable flavor note reminiscent of caramel. By the way, to make a pie with cooked dried fruits, you can replace dates with prunes or figs if you prefer a richer taste. You can also add some nuts. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
