
Pumpkin and asparagus pie
Description
Delicious baked dish for the whole family. This pie is perfect for dinner. You can substitute asparagus with asparagus beans, and also add other vegetables such as corn, carrots, etc. Serve the pie slightly warm or completely cooled. You can prepare a light creamy or cheesy sauce to go with it. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. Wash the pumpkin and cut it in half. Place the pumpkin cut-side down on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

2. Remove the pumpkin and discard the seeds, then use a fork to scrape the flesh away from the skin.

3. Peel the onion and finely chop it, then mince the garlic. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and add the onion and garlic. Sauté for a couple of minutes. Cut the asparagus into small pieces and add it to the softened vegetables in the pan, cooking for a few more minutes.

4. Break the eggs into a bowl, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

5. Mix the eggs with milk and cheese, add salt and ground black pepper, mix well.
