Spaghetti and Beef Meatball Pie

Description
The recipe won't take much time. In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8–10 minutes, until done. Drain the water. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, pepper, sauce, and pasta. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, green onion, and cream cheese; set aside. Grease a baking dish and add the cooked spaghetti. Pour the cheese mixture on top, add the meat, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover with a lid and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
