Puff pastry pie in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Dishes cooked in a multicooker are very simple to prepare. Plus, a multicooker eliminates the discomfort of standing by a hot stove. To make the pie, you only need to prepare the filling using ready-made minced meat and roll out store-bought dough, which, by the way, differs little from homemade. Serve with tea or coffee.

Step 1

Wash the onion and chop it into medium pieces. Add to the bowl with the prepared minced meat. Mix in the egg white, add spices and salt to taste. Pour in water. The mixture should spread on the dough like pâté.

Step 2

Divide the dough into 3 sausages, roll each one out lengthwise. Spread the filling over the dough strips, sprinkle with chopped dill, and seal each sausage along its length.

Step 3

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Place the sausages on it, arranging them in a spiral. Connect the open ends of the sausages to each other. Brush the pie with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
