
Plum pie
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The sweet and sour taste of the pie will delight everyone who tries it. This plum pie will be a perfect addition to tea and cozy family gatherings. Instead of plums, you can use apricots, cherry plums, or other fruits to your liking. The finished pie turns out light and very delicious. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Cream the butter with sugar, salt, and eggs. You can use a mixer or do it manually with a whisk.

2. The mixture should be creamy and free of lumps. In a separate dish, we will prepare the second part of the dough.

3. Mix the flour, almonds, and baking powder. Set aside 20 g of almonds for the crumble.

4. Sour cream should be added to the almond dough (gradually).

5. Then, combine both masses, mixing them thoroughly.

6. Both mixtures need to be mixed by hand, without using a mixer.

7. Now prepare the almond crumb: mix a couple of pinches of flour with grated almonds and butter, then chop with a knife until crumbs form.

8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then sprinkle the top with crumbs and arrange the sliced plums on top. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes (check for doneness with a knife or toothpick). After baking, let the cake cool completely so it can be easily removed from the pan.
