
Tuna pie with rice
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. One of the ingredients in this cake is rice. Any type will work: short-grain or long-grain. The cake batter is liquid-based, so there's no need to roll or shape anything—just pour the batter into the pan and you're done. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and eggs in a deep dish. Beat with a mixer. Sift in flour, then add sugar and baking soda. Beat the mixture thoroughly and let it rest for an hour. It is recommended to cover the dough with plastic wrap.

Dice the onion and sauté in a pan until golden brown. Mix the cooked rice with the fried onion. Mash the canned fish with a fork. Combine it with the rice and onion mixture. You can add a little salt and spices to taste.

Place the fish filling into the bottom of a pan lined with parchment paper. The parchment paper should be greased with oil beforehand.
