Pie with potato on shortcrust pastry
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. This recipe is a real find for those who aren't very skilled at working with dough! It requires minimal effort, as there's no need to roll it out. Intrigued? By the way, in addition to potatoes, you can add some fried bacon or boiled chicken to the filling, as well as your favorite herbs to taste. A wonderful snack for the whole family that I highly recommend trying at home. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
