Pie made from shortcrust pastry
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. The pie is very simple and easy to prepare. The shortcrust dough is a pleasure to work with—it doesn't stick to your hands and is quite pliable. The ingredient amounts are given for an 18 cm (7-inch) pan; for a larger pan, double the ingredients. The pie's tender base, combined with juicy, aromatic fruit filling and a crispy crust, will win over everyone. Give it a try! Serve with tea or coffee.
