Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Take the butter out of the refrigerator ahead of time so it becomes soft. Transfer it to the blender bowl, add sugar or powdered sugar, and beat until white. Then add vanilla and cottage cheese, and blend again until smooth.
- 2
Step 2

In a small bowl, pour cold tea or coffee. Place parchment paper on the work surface. Take a biscuit and dip each one into the tea or coffee. Arrange the biscuits on the parchment in a single layer, side by side, touching each other.
- 3
Step 3

Place 1/3 of the entire buttery cottage cheese cream onto the layer of cookies. Carefully spread it evenly over the entire surface of the cookies.
- 4
Step 4

Dip a portion of the cookies in tea or coffee again, then place another layer. On top of it, add another layer of butter-cottage cheese cream and smooth it out. Peel the banana and place it on the cream.
- 5
Step 5

Lift the edges using the parchment paper to form a sort of triangular cookie house. Gently press everything with your hands to make the house "stick" together.
- 6
Step 6

Add cocoa to the remaining cottage cheese-butter cream. Mix thoroughly and spread the cream over the top of the "house," coating it evenly on all sides. Place the cake in the refrigerator for several hours, then slice and serve.
