Papaya Pie
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. You can't claim to have mastered the art of cocktail making if your repertoire doesn't include a few layered, colorful drinks. This isn't just a layered cocktail—the colors blend smoothly into one another, like a rainbow. Practice a couple of times before the big event, and you're guaranteed great success with everyone you offer this cocktail to. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
