Ling pie
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Fish pies are often simply and aptly called "Fish Pie." Maybe my pike-perch pie should be called that too. But I still want to emphasize this amazing fish in particular. Tasty and low-bone pike-perch makes a wonderful filling for a pie.

Step 1

Cut the burbot, remove the skin, place in a pot and cover with water. When the water boils, add onion and allspice, then continue cooking until fully done (17-20 minutes total).

Step 2

Put rice to boil in a separate saucepan. Peel the remaining onion, chop it finely, and fry in vegetable oil. Prepare the dough. In a bowl, mix sour cream, eggs, baking powder, mayonnaise, and 300 grams of flour. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Take out the boiled fish and separate the meat from the bones. Mix the burbot meat with the fried onion, add rice and a little flour. Line a baking dish with one half of the dough, rolled out into a flat pancake. Place the filling on top.
