Lavash pie in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is a fairly simple lavash pie prepared in a multicooker, which can be served as a main dish or a hot appetizer. You can use any meat—you don't necessarily have to use chicken as in this version. The vegetable filling can also be changed according to your taste preferences. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. It's better to prepare the pie filling yourself. To do this, wash the meat, dry it, and pass it through a meat grinder.

2. Peel the onion and carrot and chop finely. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the vegetables. Sauté slightly, then add the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming. When the meat is cooked, transfer it to a deep bowl. Wash the fresh herbs, dry and finely chop. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
