Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Soak the raisins in hot water. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, vanilla sugar, and 1.5 tablespoons of regular sugar. I'm using homemade cottage cheese; if yours is wet, do not add sour cream.
- 2
Step 2

If you don't like lumpy cottage cheese, mash it by pressing through a sieve or grinding it through a meat grinder. Mix the cottage cheese with the remaining ingredients and add the drained raisins. Stir well.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the lavash into 3 parts.
- 4
Step 4

Evenly spread one-third of the cheese filling over one part of the lavash.
- 5
Step 5

And roll it up tightly into a roll. Do the same with the remaining pieces of lavash: spread with filling and roll up.
- 6
Step 6

Grease the pie baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Turn on the oven and let it preheat to 200 degrees.
- 7
Step 7

Place the lavash with filling tightly into the baking dish.
- 8
Step 8

Now let's prepare the topping. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- 9
Step 9

Add lemon zest and mix again. Instead of zest, you can use cinnamon or vanilla sugar.
- 10
Step 10

And pour the resulting mixture onto the future pie.
- 11
Step 11

Slightly separate the parts of the lavash so the filling gets inside.
- 12
Step 12

Cover the pie with foil and place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the foil so the pie can brown on top.
- 13
Step 13

Let the pie cool slightly, then serve.
