Quick lavash pie
Description
The pastry comes together easily and quickly. A lazy lavash pie with cheese and sausage made in a skillet is very simple to prepare. Thanks to the cheese, the pie turns out pleasantly juicy and is sure to appeal not only to children but also to adults. You can use any deli sausages, or substitute them altogether with boiled or baked meat shredded into fibres beforehand. The lavash must be large enough to cut four circles the diameter of your skillet from it. From the scraps you can make something else later—for example, chips. The recipe is original yet quite straightforward—give it a try. Serve cool or lightly warm.
