Lavash Pie
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Lavash is truly a culinary discovery. From it you can make an enormous variety of dishes. I suggest making a lavash pie “A‑la Julienne”. The pie turns out extremely tasty, and it earned its name because its flavor reminds you of the beloved dish julienne. I highly recommend trying it! Any mushrooms will do; I used frozen button mushrooms. I added chicken breast to the filling. It turned out juicy, tender, and incredibly delicious. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Step 4

Add the chicken fillet diced into small cubes, basil, garlic, and salt to taste.

Place a little filling on top and sprinkle with a small amount of cheese.

Layer the ingredients in this manner until the very top. On the lavash, place sliced tomatoes, pour the sauce, and sprinkle everything with the remaining cheese.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Lavash pie "A‑la julienne" is ready.

- 13
