Strawberry pie in a multicooker
Description
The baking is simple and quick. I should mention right away that making a strawberry pie in a multicooker will require some skill and patience. However, all your efforts will not be in vain. You can use either fresh or frozen berries (just make sure to thaw them beforehand). You can easily replace the almonds with something else—they're merely for decoration. See the recipe below. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Mix softened butter, sugar (2 tablespoons), sour cream, and a pinch of salt for the dough.
- 2
Step 2

Add flour and baking powder, knead a soft dough.
- 3
Step 3

Line the multicooker bowl with parchment paper, roll out the dough and place it inside, forming edges.
- 4
Step 4

Set to "Baking" mode for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese with eggs, remaining sugar, and semolina. This will be the filling.
- 5
Step 5

Add the strawberries, mix well.
- 6
Step 6

Open the lid of the multicooker, fill the resulting basket with the cottage cheese mixture. Set the "Baking" mode again for 30 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Then spread mashed strawberries over the top of the pie.
- 8
Step 8

Sprinkle with additional almond flakes on top. Carefully remove the cake from the multicooker. That's it! Serve the ready strawberry cake from the multicooker with tea.
