Description

The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. This recipe is designed for a skilled and experienced cook. It features several fillings that need to be prepared beforehand before assembling the layered pancake pie with meat. The recipe uses clarified butter, meat broth with rice, and sautéed mushrooms. Each filling is delicious on its own, but when combined into one dish and baked in the oven, the resulting flavor is simply unforgettable. You could call this dish "Goodbye Waistline." It's so hearty and tasty that you'll lick your fingers. Serve it warm or chilled—perfect with tea.

    1. Before preparing the meat-filled pancake pie, make a white sauce. To do this, fry the flour in melted butter in a skillet. In a separate container, heat the cream. Slowly pour the cream into the fried flour, stirring constantly. Add salt, ground pepper, and nutmeg. Quickly and thoroughly mix to prevent lumps from forming as the sauce thickens.
