1. Sift the flour with salt onto the table. Add the butter cut into cubes.

2. Pour in a little ice water. Knead until you get a smooth dough. Roll it into a ball and refrigerate for about an hour.

3. Heat vegetable oil with butter in a frying pan. Peel and chop the onion. Add it to the pan and fry, stirring.

4. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add 2 tablespoons of flour, and mix. Pour in the milk, add the spices. Constantly stir the sauce to prevent lumps from forming.
