Cake-pie
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. This cake tastes even better when served the next day, although it disappears just as quickly on the first day. The apricot jam combined with sugar and nuts creates a slightly tangy filling, giving the cake a unique touch. Since the layers are quite thin, even a moderately moist filling makes them soft and delicious. Chocolate glaze is a must, but you can optionally sprinkle the top of the cake with coconut flakes or nuts. Serve with tea or coffee.
