
Banana pudding pie
Description

There's a solution—make a pie-pudding. It will instantly lift your mood and that of your family, and goes perfectly with tea or a cool drink. Serve chilled.

1. In a medium bowl, mix the cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

2. Shape the resulting shortcrust dough into a crust by pressing it evenly into the dish you've prepared for this pie.

3. In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat the pudding, powdered sugar, sour cream, and cream. Beat the mixture until it becomes very thick.

4. With a spoon, spread half of the mixture onto the cake layer on the dish, then generously cover this layer with banana slices.
