Description

Pilita is a yeasted fritter. The preparation process is simple. The dough does not require multiple kneadings and proofs. However, frying is not for the impatient. To achieve an even color, fry two pieces at a time. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

    Knead the dough in a convenient way. It’s convenient to use a bread machine. Add warm water, flour, yeast, salt, vanilla and 20 ml of vegetable oil. Set the program “Dough” for 1 hour.
