
Pollock in sour cream sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's easy and simple to make, even a beginner cook can handle it. Take note of my recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Thaw the pollock in advance.

Wash the fish and cut it into portion-sized pieces (if necessary). Transfer to a bowl, add salt and fish seasoning. Mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes.

While the fish is marinating, peel the onion. Slice a quarter into rings. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan. Heat it up, then add the onion. Fry over medium heat, stirring, until soft.

As soon as the onion becomes soft, add sour cream and minced garlic. Heat until the first bubbles appear. Then pour in 0.5 cup of warm water. Simmer, stirring, for 3–4 minutes.

Put flour on a plate. Coat the fish pieces in it.

Heat 50 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pollock over medium heat on both sides. Fry for 3–5 minutes on each side. Then leave it in the pan.

Pour the sauce over the fish and return to the heat. Heat for 5-7 minutes after boiling.

Then add the chopped herbs and serve immediately.
