Description

Prepare the main ingredients. Rinse the fish and clean if necessary.

Prepare the fish marinade. Mix universal seasoning, salt, minced garlic, soy sauce, raspberry vinegar, and vegetable oil. Stir until well combined. Add the cod steaks cut into pieces to the marinade. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Place the fish in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it.

Add bay leaf and peppercorns. Bake the steaks in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
