
Spicy shrimp with garlic

Finely chop the garlic and crush it with the flat side of the knife. Set aside.

Chop the onion and set aside. We will use it as a garnish.

Make sure you have all the ingredients ready, as they need to be added within a short period of time. Prepare a mixture of 3 teaspoons of starch and 3 teaspoons of water. You'll need this later to thicken the sauce. Rinse and peel the shrimp under running water, then place them on a paper towel.

Boil the rice.

Place a large skillet on the stove and melt the corn oil in it. Use tongs to take the shrimp and coat each one in starch.

Place the shrimp on a hot skillet with heated oil.
