Spicy pancakes with salmon
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I prepared these pancakes for New Year's celebration—they look fantastic on the table as an appetizer. Their taste is both delicate and savory; I add herbs and cream cheese along with the fish. I use lightly salted salmon, and the pancakes turn out very tasty and incredibly easy to make. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
