First, make the starter. Mix the yeast into the water. Let it sit in a warm place for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the cheese and slice the tomatoes and mushrooms.

Knead the dough. Mix the sifted flour with half a teaspoon of salt, sour cream, leaven, and butter.

Roll the dough into a ball. Let it rest at room temperature, covered with a towel, for 30-60 minutes.
