It is very convenient to prepare all the ingredients at once.

Sift all the flour into a bowl, add the salt and sugar. Mix.

Pour in warm water and vegetable oil.

Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Place the dough in a small bowl, shape it into a ball, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rest for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice the sausages into thin rounds, slice the pickled cucumber into thin rounds as well, and slice the ham into thin slices.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer in the shape of a circle; mine has a diameter of 36 cm. It is very convenient to transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and continue working from there. Brush the dough with the sauce using a pastry brush, and arrange thinly sliced rounds of tomato on top.

Evenly spread coarsely grated sulguni cheese on top.

Spread thin slices of ham and thin rounds of pickled gherkin on top.

Arrange the mozzarella, which you have also sliced thinly beforehand. Put the pizza in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes.
