Pizza in a pan
Description
The baking is simple and quick. My pizza was ready in 10 minutes. When my friends came over and there was nothing to treat them with, necessity, as they say, is the mother of invention. In 15 minutes we were having tea with hot pizza. The dough is tender and thin, and the filling is juicy. Try making this pizza—it won't take much time or expense. Plus, you'll delight your guests with a quick and tasty dish. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

In a medium-sized container, break the eggs, then add mayonnaise and sour cream.
- 2
Step 2

Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly. The batter should have the consistency of pancake batter. Try to mix the batter thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the batter onto a cold skillet, then add the filling on top. I used sliced sausage and lightly sautéed mushrooms.
- 4
Step 4

On top of the mushrooms, I place thinly sliced tomatoes.
- 5
Step 5

Spread mayonnaise over the tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the pan over low heat and cover with a lid. The pizza is ready when the dough easily comes away from the pan and the cheese has melted.
