Pizza in soft buns
Description
This recipe won't take much time. It's perfect when you don't have the time, desire, or energy to make dough, but still crave a tasty pizza. Simply use plain buns and any filling you like. A few minutes—and your pizza is already in the oven! Pizza made with soft buns looks like a pie, but honestly, it's much tastier (at least for me, a true pizza lover)! The generous amount of cheese and sausage is truly delicious. Just imagine: you pull out a bun, the cheese inside stretches, everything so soft and tender…
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I buy buns at any bread shop; they usually come already sprinkled with a mixture of herbs and garlic.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the buns in half lengthwise and place them in a baking dish that fits their size. Spread the buns with any tomato sauce.
- 3
Step 3

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, leaving about 1/4 of it aside. Sprinkle the buns with half of the grated cheese.
- 4
Step 4

Then add the sausage. It's very convenient to buy sausage already sliced. Or simply ask the store to slice it for you on a slicer.
- 5
Step 5

Sprinkle the sausage with the second half of the cheese on top.
- 6
Step 6

Cover with the top bun. You can also spread tomato sauce on the cut side – it will be even more delicious!
- 7
Step 7

Prepare the marinade. Mix the oil with the egg, garlic powder, and oregano.
- 8
Step 8

Brush the tops of the buns with the resulting mixture.
- 9
Step 9

Bake the pizzas on soft buns in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. As soon as the buns turn golden brown on top and the cheese melts, remove them from the oven. These mini pizzas are especially delicious when served hot.
