I present to you another interesting way of making pizza—pizza in a multicooker.

1. Melt the butter and cool to room temperature.

2. Pour the oil into a bowl, add sour cream and mix. Gradually add flour. Mix the dough well and refrigerate for 40-60 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Chop the ham, tomatoes, onion, and herbs, and grate the cheese on a grater. (Remember, you can choose any filling you like).

4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into 3 parts (this amount of ingredients will make 3 small pizzas in a multicooker). Roll out one third of the dough into a pizza base. Grease the bottom of the multicooker with oil and place the dough inside.

5. Spread the dough with ketchup and mayonnaise, add the filling, and sprinkle cheese on top. Close the lid and set the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes.

6. After the sound signal, turn off the multicooker, but do not open the lid for 15-20 minutes. Transfer the ready pizza onto a plate.
