Pizza in the microwave oven
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. Sometimes you really want to quickly make a delicious pizza, but there's no time to prepare yeast dough. That's why I suggest a recipe where the pizza is baked in a microwave oven. You can use your favorite ingredients as toppings—for example, replace sausage with ham or meat, and substitute hard cheese with Parmesan or mozzarella. This pizza turns out very tasty and appetizing. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

1. Prepare the pizza dough: mix flour with water, add salt and knead a soft dough. Evenly spread the dough on a microwave-safe plate, forming edges.

2. Place the dough in the microwave and cook on full power for 5-6 minutes. Then spread the pizza with tomato paste mixed with ketchup or mayonnaise.

3. Then sprinkle the pizza with finely chopped sausage, sliced tomatoes, and onions. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, place it on the pizza, and sprinkle with sliced olives and finely chopped herbs.
