
Pizza in a baguette
Description
Perfectly complements tea and coffee. The advantage of this recipe is that there's no need to prepare dough, saving you time. Nevertheless, pizza made on ciabatta or a baguette turns out incredibly delicious thanks to the sauce and melted mozzarella. You can change the toppings according to your taste. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Slice the onion into thin half-rings, add minced garlic, and sauté in olive oil until soft for about 6 minutes.

Then add tomato paste, simmer for a couple of minutes, and add hand-crushed cherry tomatoes, sugar, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook the sauce for 15-18 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Cut the loaf or ciabatta in half lengthwise, place on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until crispy.

On each half of the roll, place sauce, then half of the mozzarella, thinly sliced salami, and the remaining mozzarella.

Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and turns golden. Serve, garnished with basil leaves.
