Thin pizza
Description
Homemade treats for tea. My children love thin-crust pizza, but for a long time I just couldn't get it right—either it turned out too dry and tough to bite, or on the contrary, raw inside... Well, the thin pizza recipe you see below was born after a whole series of failed attempts :) But now I definitely know,
Instructions

Step 1

First, we prepare the dough. To do this, mix milk, warm water, salt, and yeast. Into the resulting mixture, add flour, mix well, then add olive oil. Knead the dough thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap, and place in a warm spot for 40 minutes.

Step 2

Place the dough on a floured work surface and knead it once again. Roll it out into a flat round shape, making sure the diameter is significantly larger than the pizza baking pan (this is important!). Now quickly transfer the rolled-out dough into the baking pan, and as the dough gradually starts to shrink, press the edges with your fingers against the sides of the pan to secure them in place.

Step 3

Evenly spread the ketchup over the dough (by the way, the dough should be pricked several times with a fork).

Step 4

Place the filling—grated mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced tomatoes, and onion—into the dish. Put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25–30 minutes.

Step 5

Thin pizza is ready! :)
