Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. For the filling, ready-made Tom Yum paste and canned seafood work well. If you use fresh seafood, boil or fry it in advance. I made the dough with sourdough. The bake is ready. Serve at the table.

    To make Tom Yum pizza, prepare the ingredients.

    For the dough, mix 200 grams of sourdough starter, 425 grams of wheat flour, 11 grams of salt, 265 ml of warm water, 25 grams of honey, and 25 ml of vegetable oil. You can find a detailed sourdough pizza dough recipe on our website.

    Knead a sticky, soft dough, transfer it to a bowl greased with vegetable oil, and leave it in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap so the dough does not dry out or form a skin from exposure to air.

    Divide the dough into three equal portions, 310 g each. Place each portion on silicone parchment paper and, using hands greased with vegetable oil, stretch it into a flat round. Brush the surface of the dough with Tom Yum paste.

    Prepare the pizza filling. Drain the marinade from the canned seafood, add 1 tablespoon of Tom Yum paste to them, and mix. Slice the mozzarella into rounds. Cut the button mushrooms and cherry tomatoes however you like.

    Spread the seafood over the dough.

    Arrange the tomato slices, mozzarella, and mushroom slices.

    Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200–230 degrees for 10–12 minutes.
