
Hearty Pizza

Prepare the necessary ingredients for making hearty pizza dough.

From warm water, yeast, vegetable oil, flour, sugar, and salt, knead a soft dough. Cover the bowl of dough with a towel and let it rise for 40 minutes.

For the filling, boil the chicken in salted water ahead of time. Then separate the meat from the bones and skin. For the recipe, use any parts of the chicken — thighs, drumsticks, or regular fillet will all work.

Slice the ham into slices and the sausages into rings. The sausages can be milk sausages or lightly smoked ones.
