Pizza
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Making a “Supreme” pizza is no more difficult than a regular pizza; the only challenge is preparing the necessary ingredients, and the step‑by‑step instructions will help with everything else. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Add the yeast to the flour, mix.
- 3
Step 3

Dissolve the salt in warm water, then add a tablespoon of olive oil.
- 4
Step 4

Add the flour, knead the dough, mix well for at least 5 minutes until the dough stops sticking to your hands and becomes smooth and elastic.
- 5
Step 5

Roll the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl. Cover with a napkin and put it in a warm place to ferment for 1–1.5 hours.
- 6
Step 6

While the dough is rising, puree the tomatoes in their own juice.
- 7
Step 7

Pour one tablespoon of olive oil into the pan and lightly sauté the mushrooms.
- 8
Step 8

Remove the mushrooms and, in the same skillet, add half a bell pepper, sliced into thin strips, and also sauté until soft.
- 9
Step 9

Make a large, thin flatbread from the dough—it's best to do this by hand rather than with a rolling pin—apply tomato sauce and smooth it out with the back of a spoon.
- 10
Step 10

Lay out the mozzarella, mushrooms, and arrange the bell pepper in strips.
- 11
Step 11

Place the sausage, bacon, and olives on top.
- 12
Step 12

Sprinkle with Italian herbs, Parmesan, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a well‑preheated oven at 200‑220 °C for 20‑25 minutes. Watch for doneness, as ovens vary in heating.
- 13
Step 13

Before serving, garnish the finished pizza with a sprig of fresh basil.
- 14
Step 14

The pizza actually turned out “supreme,” top‑notch in every way, with a thin, crispy crust, a duo of two cheeses and two kinds of meat, complemented by the flavors of mushrooms, olives, and Italian herbs; this cannot be conveyed in words, you have to taste it.
