Pizza
Description
Home baking for tea. For pizza filling you can use any meat products you have on hand. Salted cucumbers work perfectly in place of pickled ones, and if they are very sour, add a little sugar when making the sauce. The cheese should melt well; mozzarella is the best choice.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making Solyanka pizza.
- 2
Step 2

Warm the milk slightly, add the salt and yeast, and mix until smooth. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix again.
- 3
Step 3

Sift the flour into the milk mixture and knead a soft dough. Shape it into a ball and place it in a deep bowl greased with vegetable oil.
- 4
Step 4

Cover the bowl with the dough and place it in a warm spot for 30–40 minutes to rise.
- 5
Step 5

Pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil into the skillet, add chopped green onions, ketchup, and salted cucumbers grated on the coarse side of a grater. Place everything over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring. Remove the skillet from the heat.
- 6
Step 6

Transfer the risen dough to a floured work surface and shape it with your hands into a 22-centimetre circle, forming a small raised rim. Place the dough on a baking sheet.
- 7
Step 7

Spread the prepared sauce over the dough circle in an even layer.
- 8
Step 8

Cut the meat products into strips, the sausages into rounds, and spread them in an even layer on the sauce, all the way to the edges.
- 9
Step 9

Grate hard cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle it over the meat layer.
- 10
Step 10

Place the pizza in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25–30 minutes, until cooked through. When the time is up, take the “Solyanka” pizza out of the oven, slice it, and serve right away.
- 11
Step 11

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
