
Pizza with ham in a multicooker
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. This is a simple recipe for making ham pizza in a multicooker. The specified amount of dough is enough to make three pizzas. Unused dough should be stored in the refrigerator (it keeps well for 2–3 days). If desired, you can use other ingredients for the topping, such as salami, mushrooms, or corn. Happy cooking! Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add salt, sugar, and sunflower oil.

Now add the flour. Knead gently by hand.

Knead an elastic dough. Let it sit in a warm place for 15–20 minutes.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll out one part to fit the size of the multicooker bowl. Place the remaining dough in the refrigerator.

Grease the inner pot of the multicooker with vegetable oil. Place the dough inside and flatten it with your hands.

Brush the dough with tomato paste and sprinkle with cheese.
